Who I am
My name is Elle H-Millard and I’m the creative director behind Xperience LLC Designs, where bold creativity meets purposeful design. My passion is crafting spaces that inspire, captivate, and connect deeply with the people who use them—whether it’s a luxurious kitchen or bath, a sensory-driven dental office, or a stylish Airbnb.
With experience spanning residential and commercial design, I’ve been fortunate to showcase my creativity in unique ways. I’ve appeared on HGTV’s Design Star, been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post, hosted a podcast with the hilariously talented Jennifer Bertrand, and led experiential training events for luxury brands.
As a mom of four, my family has shaped my approach to design. From my twin boys’ mischievous adventures to the sensory challenges my kids face, I’ve learned to design with empathy, focusing on safety, individuality, and sensory-rich experiences. These moments have deepened my commitment to creating spaces that celebrate and support everyone who inhabits them.
